  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In another bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Stir in the applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
